These terms apply to your use of beartico.com (the "site"), which is run by Beartico LLC ("Beartico", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in Washington State, USA. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
The site gives general information about Beartico and lets you contact us. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a promise to enter into any business relationship. Any business arrangement with us, such as a supply or partnership agreement, is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
Buying products we sell
We do not sell products directly on this site. We sell through online marketplaces, and each purchase is governed by that marketplace's terms and the product's listing. Shipping, returns and refunds are handled through your account with that marketplace under its policies. For questions about a product we sold you, you are welcome to contact us.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Disrupt, damage or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Send spam, malware or unlawful content through the contact form.
- Copy, scrape or reuse the site's content in bulk without our written permission.
- Pretend to be someone else when contacting us.
Our content
The text, design, logo and the Beartico name on this site belong to Beartico LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission. Some photos are provided by third parties, such as Unsplash and Pexels, and remain subject to their owners' licenses.
Messages and ideas you send us
Please do not send us confidential information, designs or product ideas through the contact form or by unsolicited email. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you, we have no duty to keep what you send confidential, and we may already be working on, or later develop, similar ideas on our own. Sending us something does not create any obligation for either side.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and it applies from that date.
